Description: Up for sale is my 2009 Pontiac G8 GT. I purchased the car in April 2023 and due to my job and traveling every week I have not had much time to drive the car. I have put 345 miles on since I have had it and it sits in the garage. Time to let someone else have some fun. The car runs well drives like a beast when needed and is a pretty good looking car still. It could use a minor outside wash wax detail. The previous owner kept it very clean and garage kept. The engine does not have any knocks or cam tics. The exhaust header gaskets make a little noise when cold and it goes away pretty quick, not even really noticeable unless the windows are down. The interior is very nice headliner is solid. I don't think it has ever been smoked in or had air fresheners inside. Not a bad smell at all. The body is rust free and original paint, there is a small dent as shown on the rear quarter on the drivers side, this can probably be pushed out but is hardly noticeable. There are numerous paint chips on the hood as this was a highway car by the original owner, the front windshield may have been replaced at some point. The last owner kept meticulous records, he purchased the car around July of 2018 from what I recall. I have receipts and notes for everything he had done on the car. Most of the work was done in November or 2018 at a couple shops and at milage 123532 about 24000 miles ago. Some of the items he has listed in the book and with receipts.Full AC Charge.cooling system flushBrake system flushPower Steering flush.Spark plugs and Both Serpentine belts. Filters AC delco special front rotors and pads and AC deco rear pads. Jan 2019 he had a larger ac delco oil pan installed.May 2019 all four tire pressure sensors replaced. July 2021 control arms replaced.tie rods doneDriveshaft support bearing done.Looks like one wheel bearing and hub assembly done.Steering alignment was also done. All parts from what I have on the receipts are AC delco for everything. The car has a Spectre cold air intake. I have the original complete OEM air intake. There is a predator tuner that came with the cars from the original owner, It is set to stock and the owner before me said he never changed anything either due to the cost of the premium fuel that is supposed to run on. I installed a new battery last December as the car was parked in my garage and the battery drained so I figured why not replace it. Some small issues I have seen since owning the car. I cannot get the car lifted up in my garage at this time but it looks like the drivers side valve cover has a small leak down the back of the engine, I have a felpro gasket set but have not installed it. I do not know if the oil pan is leaking or not. I will try and get more photos if I can. Starting. The remote start is intermittent. Also once in a awhile it takes a few tries to start the engine, it is not engine related it seems to be in the starting system, Turn the key it clicks, turn it again it clicks turn it again she fires right up and then I don't see this for awhile. AC. Seems to take a little while to get it cold not sure if this is normal. Took the car to work two weeks ago it was 90 out the car was nice and cool after 5 minutes or so wile driving. Spare tire. I noticed the spare tire was gone when I replaced the battery. Tires are ok can probably get another summer season out of them or maybe two. Headlight housings have that foggy appearance, I have a kit to polish them and will include it with the car. Seats Interior is near mint but the passenger seat has a seat cover on it as shown, not sure how bad the tear is as I don't want to mess with it, The rear seat has two tiny repairs maybe a half inch long barley noticeable. Carfax when I purchased it two minor things showed up, one I was able to figure out was the lower plastic molding under the passenger side looks to have been replaced. I have no idea what the other item is. All sales will be final. Please ask for additional photos or any questions I will answer you asap.
