This is just the heat exchanger as pictured. You may have to transfer some brackets and such from your original one as the original one has some plastic pieces to it that mounts to the side brackets. New ones from the GM dealer are over $500 Don't miss out! Every time we list a used one they sell immediately, so don't wait as it will be gone. Note some customers have said the tubes that come out of it are not matching the bend on their factory one. There are a couple variations where you simply bend the tube yourself. It is aluminum tubes so it is not hard to bend it to your liking. You literally just grab the tube and pull it slowly to fit your factory routing. It's not far off if you have the variation.
