In the event that you do not receive at least 20 live shrimp, please follow these step to submit your claim: Take 3 clear pics of any dead shrimp in the un-opened bag next to shipping label. Send a message via Ebay with clear descriptions of what happened to the package to help me diagnose the problem. Allow up to 48 hrs to process the claim. Once the claim is approved, refund will be send to you based on the number of shrimp lost below 20.
