Description: This auction is for a 1980s vintage new-old-stock AudioVox AVXKB2 Surface Mount 3-Way Speaker System. This pair of two matched speakers are both enclosed in a gray/black carpeted box and were designed for pickups, vans, recreational vehicles, beach or home use, among other possible applications. They have 150 watts of maximum power per pair with 8 inch woofers and 3.5 inch tweeters. They have easy-connect terminals on the back side. Their overall dimensions are 16 inches across and 12 inches tall. The depth goes from 6 inches at the base to 4 inches at the top. These speakers were used for a catalog photo shoot back in the day and then never used and stored ever since. The black grills show some very minor paint loss from being stored together on a shelf.
