I don't know anything about grading these Hot Wheels new carded cars but this one looks great with minor card edge wear. See pictures for the best description. These cars are sold as is. I do not know how to grade Hot wheels cars or what original parts came with these vehicles, as they are second hand to my family. I'm just a dad selling his sons unwanted castings.
