Description: 1999 Marzocchi Z5 Flylight Air. Damaged crown. There’s a crack on the stanchion clamp. Missing steerer. The legs, upper and lower, themselves are in perfect working condition. I’ve stripped down and thoroughly cleaned the parts. 30mm legs. This Z5 has metal internals, not plastic like some do. New oil seals, no leaks. Fresh 7.5wt shock oil. Filled to 45mm. Pumped to 30psi. Lower legs have IS mount for disc brakes. Can also run cantilever or v-brakes if you put in brake studs. Compression and rebound is great. Great working fork that just needs a replacement crown. Perfect if you have a busted fork and spare Marzocchi crown laying around Please understand that this is for parts only. The crown is non-functioning but the legs themselves function perfectly.
