(the -1t front sprocket change is more versatile because you can change back to the stock size 15t with same chain, the +2t rear sprocket change requires a different chain length, which needs altered to go back to stock) Your highway speed cruising rpm's will be higher than with stock gearing, and terminal top speed will be reduced. For FASTER TOP SPEED, and LOWER HIGHWAY CRUISING RPM's, use a 42t rear sprocket. ( the -3t rear sprocket change requires a different chain length, which needs altered to go back to stock) Your highway speed cruising rpm's will be lower, and your off the line takeoff will be slower.
