I'll also include an 8 x 10 full color photo (shown above) which I took when I visited his shop. The special effects makeup artist whose shop created the "Chest of Souls" effect for the film was STEVE JOHNSON and his shop XFX, Inc. I did an interview with Steve which appears in my 1988 book MONSTERLAND SPECIAL: NIGHTMARES ON ELM STREET by James Van Hise (so out of print that I can't even find another copy of it).
