Here's some history behind this box: This particular Matchbox box (and at one time, car) was purchased along with others many years ago from a distributor specializing in handling retailers returns/liquidations. It seems that, at least in this case, the wrong car was in the box that was sent from the retailer to the distributor. In this particular Londoner box was a Ford Cortina (#55). To avoid misleading anyone, I will sell the car separately and not include any car photos in this listing. This listing is selling the empty box only.
