On the obverse are bust portraits of Samuel Adams and Patrick Henry. On the reverse is an image portraying "COMMITTEE OF CORRESPONDENCE TO UNITE THE COLONIES". The COA gives the story behind the minting of the medal. It is in an attractive presentation box.
