1969 Topps Basketball - Partial Set (90/99) - Nice Condition

Description: This offering is a 1969 Topps Basketball Card Partial Set 91% complete (90/99). These so-called "tall boy" cards are larger than standard, measuring 4.6875" x 2.5" and were Topps first basketball set issued since the 1950s. Accordingly, a majority of the cards in the set were HOF or Rookie cards. Within this partial set of 90 cards are 21 Hall of Famers including, among others, West, Frazier, Baylor, Lucas, Reed, Bradley, Goodrich, Thurmond, Hawkins, Unseld, Greer, Nelson and Hayes. 50 cards in this lot are considered rookie cards including 15 HOFers as well as other notable players. IMO, cards are on average are in EX to EX-MT condition and range mostly from VG-EX to NM. Photos are provided for your evaluation of all 90 cards - front and back for 31 higher value cards and front only photos for the remaining 59 cards. A photo of the card stack is also provided. There are 5 cards that are low-grade: four due to miscuts (#8, 22, 66 and 72) and the #98 Walt Frazier card due to creasing (as seen in the photo).Please note that the following 9 cards are NOT included in the 90 cards offered herein – #1 (Chamberlain), 20 (Havlicek), 25 (Alcindor), 40 (Cunningham), 44 (Wilkens), 50 (Robertson), 80 (Monroe), 85 (DeBusschere), and 99 (Checklist).
