Description: A rare oddball issue from 1967 that R.G. Laughlin issued on his own as protypes. He sold these for $3 a set but did not sell many (I have attached a copy of his 1967 ads). A couple of years later he used these to convince Fleer to issue sets of these in color, which were issued in 1970 and 1971 (see my listings of these). These are extremely difficult to find and this one is NRMT condition. Slightly oversized: 2.5" x 3.75". On the back, in red type, is a rendition of the events of this year's World Series. There are two variations of this card, one with an address at bottom of back and one without the address. This one has no address. Bid with confidence; many satisfied customers.
