This was a very good year for the "HAWAIIAN"-winning the 1965 NHRA WINTERNATIONALS at POMONA and the 1965 NHRA NATIONALS at INDY . 1965 was the only year that Don Prudhomme drove this car;in 1966 he went out on his own .
