Friction: Yes, a little stiff, wheels still roll Wheels: Front wheels roll when pushed. Rear wheel friction wheels roll if a little downward pressure is applied. Condition: No breaks or cracks. Rubber band mark on roof, driver and passenger front doors. I believe this was done to prevent warping, however, the car is still warped. Window finish is "frosted". See detailed pics.
