The cover has condition issues, tape residue, and lower right corner issue. But the corner is not missing. The interior of the guide is in Excellent condition, clean and complete. The staples on the binding are strong. I could not find another 1952 NY Giants Media Guide on ebay or anywhere on the internet. Very Rare and desirable.
