Description: Very cute 1950s (maybe 1960s?) party dress in a lovely ice blue. She’s not in perfect condition, but very wearable for the age. Also very lightweight and comfortable! Please see all photos for dress condition. Things to note: -one stain that I have not treated -some wear on the front waist, but it was reinforced by the previous owner and will not continue to fray. Not noticable when worn -slight armpit staining, not noticeable when worn -the inner skirt lining does have two spots on either side where the seam has come loose, but would be a very easy repair by machine or by hand. All other seams (lining or otherwise) are sound. -the skirt hemline is a bit wonky; I assume it’s always been that way? Hem looks original. Not super noticeable when worn, but if you added a petticoat it would be very noticeable. Fixed easily with a quick rehemming. No tag or remnants of a tag other than a size/lot paper tag. No smells that I can detect. Cat friendly home, but cats are kept off and away from this dress to minimize exposure. Measurements (laying flat) Pit to pit - 15.5, with many darts to accommodate probably up to 34.
