Description: Selling an original 1940 Chevy deluxe steering wheel. The wheel itself is in good condition. It is straight and there aren't any cracks. The coating on the wheel is flaking and coming off, would need to be redone to look nice. The horn ring and lower chrome rod are free of pitting, but the horn ring is broken. There is no horn button included. It does have a partial column and shifter cutoff, I plan on sliding the housing off and trimming the shaft down for shipping unless I get a request to leave as is.
