(Lot: 11-20-25) You are purchasing a 1939 Gum, Inc. card from the "The World In Arms?" set. This is the #1 "U.S. Armored Scout Car" card from the sub-set "Iron Calvary." This set consists of 48 cards which are divided into 6 sub-sets: 16 Artillery; 12 Ship; 4 Fortifications; 4 Iron Calvary; 4 Field Artillery; and, 8 Miscellaneous.This set has a very colorful front depicting scenes of Europe in their preparation for WW II. The back side of each card gives a short historical account of what is shown on the front side. This is one card to this 48 highly collectible, vintage set. A tough card to find in any condition.I consider this card to be in very good condition. NOTE: this card DOES have some minor corner paper loss. However, I am NOT a grader of cards - just a non-sports collector of vintage pre-1970 cards! Please judge for yourself it's condition and centering.
