Acres of land 2,750 feet from shore, with a bulkhead breakwater to protect it on the lake side. Provision is also made for possible expansion to 425 acres, and three additional runways, as shown by dotted lines. This airport, if constructed, the present would be used for the loading and landing of passengers, mail and air express. Municipal Airport would continue in use for the hangaring and servicing of planes. Photo measures 9 x 7.25 inches. Photo Is dated 1938.
