1927 CG Conn Model 22B New York Symphony Early Model Trumpet with Bb/A Slides

Description: This 1927 Conn trumpet has the original straight braces between the bell and the leadpipe. The inside of the bell has a nice bright copper wash finish.Engraved on the outside of bell: Made By CG Conn Ltd Elkhart - Ind USA with floral designs surrounding the name that extend down to the bell rim. Sizes:Horn Weight 2# 4oz18 3/4" longBell Width 4 5/8"Valves 3/4" longBore Size - #1 small Extras that come with horn:Black case with blue lining, a bit scuffed and not original to the horn but in relatively good condition. Two locks with keys3 mouth pieces 1&2 are original to the horn. 3I-222 Conn and 3. Vincent Bach Corp 76 is newer but not new.Extra slide - W shaped "A" slide that probably has a rotary valve in itCleaning tools - rag rod, conical brush, polishing rag.Mute - made of thick paper like material in OK condition needing a new cork strip on one side In all a nicely kept horn with original lyre, A slide, mouth pieces, mute, and finish. This trumpet has had only two owners. For those of you who saw my original listing of this horn as a NY Symphony 22B possibly being a NYS Special, I have since discovered that it is definitely not the Special.
