Description: This is the 1922 first print of this book in good condition. See pictures for a detailed look. The front and back cover have some color fading and edge wear. The spine is intact with bumping and wear at the top and bottom. The binding is intact andstrong. The inside of the front cover and back cover have no seperation from the cover at the seam. There is a very old personalization in pencil on the inside of the front cover. There is a pen mark on page 26. The pages of the book are foxed overall but not extremely so. Has a tear on page 83 but no creasing. Will ship well protected in a box. Thanks for the interest.
