Items with combined gross parcel weight greater than 3 ounces, or combined value greater than $50 with be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, with a H&S charge of $4.50. Buy, pay, and ship $100 or more in one transaction (within a two-week period) and the H&S charge will be waived. I will combine all lots won within a two-week period and charge only the highest H&S charge of all lots won, paid, and shipped in one transaction.
