CONDITION In the original red cloth binding. Externally, smart with light wear to the extremities and minor bumping. Light fading to the spine and the board edges. Front hinge starting but firm to Allan Quarterman. Original unclipped dust wrappers are also smart with light wear and minor chipping to the extremities. The odd small closed tear with the odd mark to the panels. A 1" closed tear to the front panel of Allan Quarterman. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with minor age toning to the extremities. The odd small spot to the endpapers. Previous owner's bookplate to the front pastedown of Allan Quarterman. Contemporary ink inscription to the front endpaper of Dr. Therne.
