This fantastic flying saucer design from Leigh Ware would make one think mid century but surprise is not! It is 1920s art deco meets a touch of art nouveau for that 1920s homemaker! Incredible shape to the casserole & placement of the handle makes it! Brightly colored transfer of mixed flowers on the lid & inside the dish. * 1 chip to the inside rim. Crazing throughout. Transfer on lid has worn on the rose leaves (aphids..=). - all pictured & normal with age! Utilitarian piece is in good condition! Measures: 4"x10"x9" Scrapes and scuffs are normal with age.
