Description: Very cool piece of history. Heavy cast pot metal 5 bare bulb chandelier hanging ceiling light fixture. I've been told it's made by Lincoln Company in 1925. I had it professionally rewired (sockets and wiring). Chain was added for length so it would reach the ceiling. There are three 12" chains that are original; they are much heavier than the new chain at the top. Any paint seen underneath on the metal is "as found." UPDATE- I found a canopy (the cover that hides the wires in the ceiling) that will work for this light. It's got the bronze and copper colors and will look nice with this light. See last 2 photos. Ready to install! ERA Art Nouveau early Art Deco. It's pretty fancy for Art Deco but also more plain than Victorian so probably made mid 1920's to 1930's. Original Paint? Or really old paint. Some paint is wearing off and you can see pot metal. Light bulbs not included but can easily be purchased, any wide base bulb will work. Over 100 years old....a true antique. This pendant light/ chandelier isn't "rare," it is becoming harder to find. As time goes by, it will become more valuable and rare. Great investment. Beautiful hanging light for dining room, entry room, office, business, museum, historical building, or house restoration project. Embossed on the metal is "10516A" and "CEILING." Maybe a maker or trademark in a circle underneath that? Measures 17" across. More chain can be added at the top for more length. I used it as a store display so I only added 6" or so. Please review photos and ask any questions before purchasing. Why buy a cheaply made light from a big box store when you can buy a quality "USA Made" antique light with new wiring?
