Description: Citizens' Committee medal for the 1909 Hudson-Fulton Celebration that was held along the Hudson River. Medal shows clear signs of wear and a repair. Clear signs of an adhesive that was used. What you see is what you get! Please note all pictures, ask questions and thank you. The medal has three parts & it is four inches long. The top pin back bronze bar reads CITIZENS' COMM. It has a short orange, white & blue ribbon that is frayed at the top and looks to be soiled in the light colors. The bottom medal is bronze, it is 1 1/2 inch in diameter. In the background it has the New York Skyline. At the rim it reads HUDSON-FULTON - CELEBRATION. The reverse shows the conjoined bust of Henry Hudson & Robert Fulton in the center. At the rim it reads HENRY HUDSON 1609 ROBERT FULTON 1807 and the year 1909
