Description: Front and back covers are in decent overall condition, with some minor rips/peeling to the cloth boards, a small pencil eraser sized gouge (front, center-right) and bumped corners to note. The book's spine has separated / is separating from the main text block, but there are no loose pages. The two last pages have split from the text block. Stapled binding is tight, with all other pages firmly attached. See photos. Inside pages are slightly age-toned - but relatively clean, with some smudges and the occasional dog-eared corner. Page 72 has a small closed-tear at the bottom of the page not affecting any text and page 92 has a small pin-head sized hole near the upper-right corner along with some faint writing at the top of the page. There are no other markings, stains, folds or tears (that we could spot while checking). See photos.
