Prominent ears show above 8, crossbar in upper loop, stem on right side of lower loop, dash below bottom of 8 and lower serif of 7 on surface of left side of upper loop as a checkmark. First 8 doubled at top inside of lower loop. Second 8 tripled at lower left outside of upper loop. Tops of U-U-UNUM doubled towards rim. Short die gouge from right side of first U in UNUM.Reverse C3c – Normal die of C3 type with slanted arrow feathers and small II CC mint mark with slight tilt to right.
