These addresses were given in the Senate and House of Representatives on January 17-18, 1878. There is aging of the paper, edge and corner wear on the covers. Pages have separated slightly from the binding. A sheet of tissue paper covering the first page also has aging. There is a handwritten inscription on one of the fly pages. Also the word WALTERS stamped on the inside of both front and back covers. Perhaps of interest to those who study Indiana History or US Senate history.
