With original fold out map, light tearing on folds. Spine missing, covers detached, crudely held with scotch tape. Binding shaken with loose pages, possibly some missing. Some page edge and corner wear. Poor condition, but still a great reference and with the rare map. It measures 5 1/2" x 8 1/4" x 1 1/4". A nice find. Failure to read full description may result in delays and misunderstandings. Please look elsewhere if you feel shipping charge quoted is too high.
