This document states a promotion to Corporal in Company A to what appears to be Eyra L Rop. May 31st, 1862. Given under my hand at the head quarters of the Regiment at Cumberland MD, this 20th day of June 1862. By the commanding officer William Lawrence Colonel commanding the Regiment. Lieutenant James Wallace Acting Adjutant of the Regiment. Framed under glass. Document has crease lines but overall in good condition. Frame has some small dings and vintage tape around the back.
