Description: This is the buttplate & screws for a Model 1842 Harpers Ferry .69 caliber single shot musket. It has light surface pitting all over but looks pretty decent considering age. The lock plate on this old musket is dated 1843 and I read that these will interchange with the Springfield. I have a few other parts listed from this old musket so check my listings if interested.
