Description: 1795 Flowing Hair Dollar NGC MS61 Nice Original Coin Yes I bought this back in 1998 from an auction company in Shanghai, China and it was not graded. When the coin was delivered to me at the Long Beach show I took the coin over to show Jim Halpern of Heritage Coin and he told me this is a very nice coin and never been cleaned. So since being graded by NGC in that time I haven’t sent it to regrade. The story of this coin is some doctor in China bought this coin and when he passed away the family consigned the coin to be sold by a big coin auction company in Shanghai.
