She is numbered 4130 of a 7,500 and is 24" tall she was sculpted by Marie Osmond and has the cutest Daisy & black checkerboard dress outfit with a hat on. She DOES have her COA, bracelet, and original box with packing. It is numbered and signed by Marie.
