If the outdoor temperature in your area exceeds 80-85 degrees Fahrenheit or temperatures drops below 60 degree Fahrenheit , I will arrange for the package to be held at your local post office for pickup or order will be canceled, as it is too risky to send directly to your home under such conditions. I include an extra 2-5 isopods, depending on the species and price, to account for any potential dead on arrivals (DOAs). However, if you receive any isopods that arrive deceased, please notify me within one hour of the package’s arrival. In such cases, I will either issue a refund or send a replacement shipment, depending on your preference. Please note that 2-5 day shipping voids the Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG). If you need to dispose of them, place the isopods and all materials exposed to them in sealed plastic bags and freeze them for at least 3 days before disposing of them in your regular trash.
