Mix four parts Perfect Prime to one part Activator (UPC73) - Activator is not included. POT LIFE - 2 hours at 70°F APPLCATION - Apply two medium wet coats to desired film build allowing 15 minutes flash time between coats. DRY TIMES - Allow 30 min for Perfect Prime to dry before topcoating. After sufficient flash, Perfect Prime may be topcoated for up to 18 hours with no sanding required.
