The optimum temperature for applying tapes is +64°F...+77°F (temperature of the tape, working space and mounting surface). Before use, the tape must be kept in the working room conditions for at least a day.2. The mounting surface must be clean, free from grease and dry. When degreasing, as a cloth, you should use materials that do not leave fibers and threads on the mounting surface.3. Before applying the tape, it is recommended to apply 3M adhesion promoter to the mounting surface. The primer is applied evenly in a thin layer. After it dries (maximum 5 minutes) - tape is applied. If the interval between primer application and tape application exceeds 30 minutes, then primer application should be repeated.4. Mount the tape on the product holding it by the ends and not touching the sticky side. First, apply 1-2 cm of adhesive tape to the mounting surface and press down.
